**Company Description**
Ray-Mont Logistics is a dynamic organization focused on becoming the essential link in the international business logistics supply chain. We provide various operational logistics services such as loading, transportation and storage of surplus products.
Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a temporary (3-month contract based) full time Administrative Assistant to join its vibrant team. As a professional team member of Ray-Mont Logistics the main responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant consists of the following:
**General Tasks**
- Assist and help their own and other departmental co-workers.
- Keeps and maintains their workstation neat.
- Shares and communicates information that relates to the overall mission of the company.
- Offers their time and demonstrates good time management overall.
- Promotes and preserves the reputation of the company externally.
**Specific Tasks**
- Input of Ocean Carrier service contracts.
- Reviewing accuracy of quotations/service contracts.
- Assist the Sales Analyst on daily tasks (pulling reports, contract reviews)
**Qualifications**
- A minimum of a Cegep Degree and/or an average of 0 - 1 of experience not including years spent in education.
- Attention to detail
- Data Entry
- Experience dealing with administrative tasks
- Experience in Logistics (asset)
- Fully Bilingual (English & French)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
