**PURPOSE**
The Coordinator, Tenant Services is accountable to Supervisor, Operations for efficient and timely coordination of tenant requests and all tenant-related activities at the property and across the entire organization to ensure that Tenants receive the highest level of service and that all company’s policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**_1. Tenant Routine and Emergency Service Requests _**
**_2. Tenant Charge-Backs _**
Coordinates and maintains all required accounting documentation and acts as liaison between Operations team and Accounting, keeps track of all charge-backs pertaining to tenants requests and forwards backup to Accounting for billing.
**_3. Company Initiatives _**
Tenant communications pertaining to such initiatives to ensure that a positive and consistent message is delivered to all tenants on a timely basis
**_4. Tenant Appreciation Programs _**
Coordinates tenant appreciation programs and activities in collaboration with operations team (i.e. tenant move-in & renewal gifts, Christmas cards & gifts, tenant appreciation events etc.)
**_5. General Administrative Support _**
Provides general administrative support to the site office at large and all its teams. Day to day operations of Rice Howard Place, tenant Amenity space including the fitness Centre, conference Centre and tenant lounge. Responsible for bookings, inspections, registrations, etc. Also liaise with users on usage of the equipment and service provided. Booking and payment of car wash services.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
**Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education**
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience

**Core Competencies**
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Conscientious and detail oriented

**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in real estate industry, preferably office/industrial, or previous experience with hotel / restaurant service industry is an asset.
