**Job Summary**:
Local Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our co-living properties and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities and services at our properties, with a focus on creating a positive living experience for our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Remain available to residents while on-call.
- Develop and build positive relationships with residents, tenants, and guests.
- Assist in supervising residents and responding to complaints, reports, requests, and emergencies.
- Communicate with reception services to coordinate and plan the allocation of accommodation.
- Convey their requests to relevant parties such as tenants list, move ins and moveouts, etc.
- Submit reports on infractions, violations, and safety issues.
- Promote residence hall events.
- Supervise the work of cleaning staff and ensure standards are maintained and if needed provide support.
- Contact tenants for viewing purposes.
- Arrange the viewings and showings.
- Coordination of move in processes, setting up of rooms for the upcoming tenants
- Check the rooms in a regular manner, to check the early move outs.
- Report the extraordinary cases to relevant parties. For instance, guests of the tenants, tenants occupying the rooms after their move out date etc.
- Register and transfer tenants in the different buildings as needed.
- Handle the move-ins and bulk move-ins.
- Send notices and process monthly apartment visits in each unit and each location.
- Copy key/fobs as needed on a regular basis.
- Warn tenants for non-payments, weed smells, bad cleaning inside units.
- Ensure that the property is well-maintained, and any necessary repairs or maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Oversee move-ins and move-outs, conducting property inspections as needed.
- Participate in meetings such as staff, operations, local and other relevant meetings.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new residents to the property.
- Showcase the property's unique features and amenities to potential residents.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
