**Position Summary**:
As a key member of the Commercial Property Management team, the Commercial Concierge will provide excellent customer service to tenants and guests at College Plaza; an office tower located at 8215-112 Street, Edmonton.

**Who You Are**:

- You are a professional who is well dressed, with superior written and verbal communication skills,
- You can provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer concerns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist tenants and guests of College Plaza with enquiries and direct them to the appropriate resource.
- Accept and dispatch service requests and follow up to ensure services are completed to everyone’s satisfaction.
- Coordinate leasing of parking stalls within the complex. Assist with dealing with illegally parked vehicles.
- Arrange for the purchase and installation of building signage.
- Prepare letters, newsletters, and other communication for the complex.
- Set up, maintain, and audit building keys and access cards.
- Program door readers and elevators in the access card software (WinPak).
- Liaise with staff and contract security and ensure they are informed of activities within the complex.
- Plan and organize promotional events for commercial tenants.
- Assume the duties of the Chief Fire Warden for the building.
- Accounts Payable
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills and Abilities**:

- Minimum high school education
- Minimum three years related experience
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to organize, execute and follow up in a timely manner
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
- Prior experience working in property management would be an asset
- Experience in Angus and Yardi software would be an asset
- Security clearance required upon offer of employment
- Highly organized, results-oriented and ability to work in a multi-functional team environment in alignment with our Westcorp Values: Integrity, Vitality, Accountability, Results, Collaboration, Learning and Innovation
