**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support, assist with sales affairs including customer service inquiries, providing information, and other related tasks.
- Liaising with clients, vendors, and internal staff to relay information, support business operations

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, both verbally and in writing.
- 1 Year experience as an office assistant, or receptionist is preferred.
- Previous International trading / SCM background is preferred but not required.
- Flexible thinking, strong communication skills with attention to detail, ability to multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Office Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Work Location: In person
