What is the opportunity?
Responsible for the data entry of various changes to the monthly benefit payroll processing center. In addition, you will be responsible for any changes received directly from plan sponsors or from their underlying pensioners.
What will you do?
- Review client requests for completeness. Communicate with Client Representative for any discrepancies, clarification or incomplete requests.
- Maintain transaction documentation and workflow records for audit purposes.
- Data entry of transaction details into RBC systems s.
- Meet productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
- Organize and prioritize work to meet deliverables and ensure that information is updated in the system prior to monthly payroll cycle.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures including escalation of issues. What do you need to succeed? Must haves:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Superior communication skills

- Ability to interpret written client instructions and perform data entry accurately.
