Our team of 800 employees supports Corporate and Investment Banks, Asset Management Companies, Insurance, and Corporate for their projects in SI transformation, technology innovation, financial engineering, and regulatory implementation.

We are looking for an Incident Manager to work with one of our clients based in Montreal.

**MISSIONS AND OBJECTIVES**

The Incident Manager will collaborate with a team that has various responsibilities. These include receiving calls and offering assistance in resolving incidents, involving the appropriate individuals as per internal escalation instructions, and communicating the status to a broader audience. This team closely collaborates with the teams in Montreal, Paris, and Bangalore to handle incident calls related to the FTS model. They also participate in on-call shift rotations to provide support for systems worldwide.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead conference calls to facilitate communication and provide updates on major incidents.
- Verify and document accurate information in an Incident Report, including all actions and decisions made with approval from relevant teams.
- Monitor and stay informed about major operations in the AMER region and relay relevant information to the Paris team.
- Adhere to the agreed team setup for on-call responsibilities, ensuring seamless coordination between the AMER and ASIA regions.
- Maintain process consistency and alignment among the three regions, following the Follow The Sun model.
- Escalate significant events and incidents to the manager when necessary.
- Arrange meetings between key stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are kept up to date.
- Foster team spirit and promote a positive work environment through fun initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional events and initiatives.
- Propose ideas for improvement and innovation.

The Incident Manager will also perform infrastructure operations:

- Collaborate during infrastructure weekends and other necessary infrastructure operations to provide support to the AMER RPM team.
- Contribute to enhancing the quality of service provided by the team.
- Take part in significant projects focused on continuous improvements, fostering synergy between the AMER and Paris teams.

**PROFILE**

Required skills:

- Managing incidents effectively
- Possessing a foundational understanding of IT and infrastructure
- Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Having 3 to 5 years of experience in incident management

Bonus skills:

- A technical background or education is desirable.

Languages:

- Fluent in both French and English

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
