**Mission**
The team's objective is to expedite the transformation of both the investment branch and corporate bank units, along with their clientele, by providing daily services. The client distinguishes itself from competitors through the rapid implementation of agile transformation initiatives. These include fostering a technology and data-driven culture, streamlining decision-making processes, and embracing a genuine industrial approach. This involves utilizing various teams, whether transversal or aligned with specific sub-business units.
**Responsabilities**:
- Monitor both processes and infrastructure.
- Handle the resolution, tracking, and documentation of incidents and requests.
- Engage in communication with users and other teams.
- Participate in Change Management/Release Management (CMRM) processes.
- Take part in development projects within an agile team.
- Perform quality, non-regression, and post-deployment tests.
- Conduct data analysis for users or for improvement initiatives.
**Profile**
- **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:_
- TECHNICAL SKILLS: _
- SQL - SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
- Linux, Windows, Azure, Hadoop.
- Support / Ticketing tool.
- Scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
- Autosys or other scheduling tools.
- Development and deployment toolchains (GIT, Jenkins, XL-Deploy, etc.).
- **EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES**:_
- Must have: _
- Previous experience in a comparable role within a complex information system environment.
- Capability to organize, document, and disseminate knowledge effectively.
- Understanding of monitoring and job scheduling principles.
- Proficiency in resolving incidents and managing requests.
- Nice to Have: _
- Previous involvement in a financial setting.
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- Basic understanding of financial and capital market concepts.
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Pay: $70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
