We are hiring an Application Production Support Analyst to work with one of our clients based in Montreal.

**Mission**

**Day-to-day responsibilities**
- Identifying and resolving incidents swiftly
- Addressing user inquiries promptlyMonitoring production environments
- Maintaining consistent communication and smooth transitions with teams across different time zones

Additionally, this position entails On Call Duties, requiring coverage for potential incidents during weekends and holidays, serving as a level 2 support for other locations.

**Profile**
- **Technical Skills**_
- Proficiency in SQL queries is essential, particularly in Oracle and PL/SQL. Additionally, a strong understanding of DBMS concepts, including experience with Sybase Replication Server, would be beneficial.
- Extensive experience working in Unix environments and Shell scripting, or alternatively in Windows environments, is required.
- Knowledge and experience working in MacOS environments are desirable.
- Familiarity with various programming languages such as C, C++,.Net, VBA, APS.Net, Java, and 4D would be advantageous.
- Understanding of Excel macros is considered beneficial.
- Familiarity with Schedulers (Autosys, Control M), ETL tools (Datastage WTX), and file transfer tools (CFT) would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Investment Banking/Capital Markets is preferred.
- Mac knowledge is considered a plus.
- **Competencies**_
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis within large, complex, and diverse environments, along with relevant qualifications or experience, would be advantageous.
- Understanding Performance Breakdown and Attribution calculation is beneficial.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills are necessary.
- Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork are essential.
- Client-centric approach is important.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- High energy levels and a willingness to take on responsibility are expected.
- Ability to multitask effectively is required. Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience

**Languages**:

- English: Mandatory
- French: plus

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
