We’re building a thriving organization that’s purpose driven and still want to remember what your favourite milkshake flavour is. **As a Resource Manager, your responsibilities will include**: - Managing and overseeing a team of Coordinators by providing direction, delegation and prioritization of tasks - Coaching, inspiring and mentoring a team of Coordinators - Providing real time feedback and written Feedback - Working closely with Engagement Managers on resourcing needs for the Business Unit - Collaborating with other Resource Managers across the firm on both short-term and long-term projects - Communicating proactively amongst our internal team and stakeholders within the firm - Providing excellent internal client service by building and maintaining relationships with leaders across the firm - Identifying conflicts before they happen and help find solutions - Managing flow of work for long range engagements, considering leverage and optimization - Quickly adjusting to changes and staying agile in response to business needs, such as changes in structures, reporting **Doane Grant Thornton** If you’re a bit like us, you’re driven to connect with how others are feeling and thinking.
