**Position Overview**

**Travel & Hospitality**
- Oversee corporate travel (hotels, flights and car rentals) and support employee use of the system (Egencia)
- Process online travel bookings as required
- Greet visitors and customers - serving coffee, etc. - elevated customer experience
- Assist in preparation/coordination including catering, setup, hospitality arrangements

**Sales Administration**
- Prepare sales quotes

**Accounting Support**
- Depositing the cheques
- Requesting Credit Cards
- Credit reference checks
- Filing support for Accounts Receivable

**Office** **Administration**
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Answer phones calls and redirect as appropriate
- Run errands for the office
- Maintain inventory of supplies for the office, kitchen, washrooms, and promotional items
- Perform office-related secretarial duties and any other tasks as required by management
- Support other departments administratively as required

**Qualifications**
- Competent with Microsoft Office or similar software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint or comparable)
- Excellent communication - verbal, written, and listening (English required; French an asset)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with mínimal guidance; self-starter
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Time, planning and stress management skills
- Organized
- Detail-oriented
- Previous experience in office administration is an asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25,500.00-$35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 4 - 6 per week

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative : 1 year (required)
