Work collaboratively with the PM to develop the project plan, focusing on the activities and deliverables of the technical team by monitoring technical phases and planning activities of the project to ensure goals and objectives are met and delivered within the established time and budget guidelines Assist PMs with project plan maintenance, risk and issue logs, budget/ongoing project forecast of financials and resources in relation to task status and completion estimates by collecting status updates and proactively providing status information Collaborate with the project manager and functional manager on work/resource requirement estimation Work collaboratively with the technical co-workers to review and validate the intended approach to the project tasks Communicate and coordinate with practice staff, external IT resources, vendors and project sponsors Work with team members to address and report project issues in a proactive manner Coordinate ongoing project activities across technical teams
