Main responsibilities*

Leadership and Teamwork*

Build and sustain positive relationships with team members and customers
Play a full part in the team and help to achieve team goals
Take the lead when appropriate, using time effectively and staying focused under pressure

**Project Delivery**
- Set up and maintain project files as required
- Assist with planning, organising and co-ordinating of internal projects and the implementation of new services for customers
- Co-ordinate project meetings, taking minutes and providing administrative services to project boards, review meetings etc
- Maintain risk and issue logs
- Prepare project reporting
- Collect information from stakeholders to monitor and review progress
- Prioritize activities and modify plans to deal with changes in priority
- Act promptly when confronted with a problem, escalating risks and issues.
- Contribute and adhere to delivery methodology for both internal and external projects (including delivery of services) and tailoring where appropriate

**Corporate Standards**
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and provide clear and concise information at all times.
- Adhoc duties as may reasonably be required and any other tasks as directed by Management in line with business needs.
- Comply with all company and legal obligations in respect of health and safety requirements and any other relevant industry standards when on company premises.
- Be willing to undertake any training and development that the company deems to be relevant in order to ensure that the duties of the role are able to be performed in line with their employment contract and role profile.

**Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience**:

Technical Skills*
- Individuals must also have a proven record of working in a team environment and have demonstrated the ability to work in a collaborative manner between groups on an international basis as well as showing strong individual initiative
- Recognised formal professional project management qualification (PMP / APMP / Prince2 / P3O or equivalent) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills & keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in both verbal & written English is paramount
