**Duties and responsibilities**:
Independently complete the following tasks:

- Internal ESG data collection and review;
- ESG data process improvement;
- Customer ESG research;
- Development and maintenance of database;
- Creation and regular update of dashboards;
- Produce documents for ESG governance structure (ie. pre-reads, meeting minutes);

Assist with the following tasks:

- Internal ESG data analysis and presentations;
- Customer ESG data collation and analysis;
- Development of presentations for a range of internal and external audiences;
- Update/produce regular internal ESG related communications;
- Sustainability report content and data collection, including reporting framework guidelines;
- Participation in external ESG partnerships;
- Decarbonization strategy implementation and co-ordination.

**Qualification and skills**:

- Minimum 3-5 years in a technical, financial or commercial analyst role;
- Bachelor’s degree and above in Engineering or Management in either finance, economics, environment management or sustainability;
- Experience in the maritime industry considered an asset;
- Experience using smartsheet or similar dashboard tools;
- Detail-oriented;
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional engagement skills;
- Ability to work independently under a remote management structure;
- Dashboard/data presentation skills;
- Ability to co-ordinate small projects;
- Concisely convey information in an open and informative manner;
- Ethical and accountable;
- Results orientated;
- Open to further development in ESG related roles;
- Team player, independent, reliable and flexible;
- The person in this role will be required to be in the office at least 2 days per week to allow for internal meetings and collaboration.
