About The Team
At Kinaxis, our Global Field & Partner Marketing team is a group of creative, collaborative marketers who love turning ideas into impactful global campaigns. We work together to reach customers and partners around the world through engaging events, partner initiatives, and innovative marketing programs that drive real results. As part of this supportive and fast-paced team, you'll learn from experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing, and see how your contributions make a difference in a leading global tech company.
This is a full-time, 12-month position, starting January 2026 and is open only to students in a registered Co-op Program.
What You Will Do
- Help plan, coordinate, and execute field marketing campaigns such as events, webinars, digital programs, and scalable account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Support partner marketing projects, including joint campaigns, content development, and communications.
- Assist with logistics for industry events and tradeshows and contribute to post-event follow-up.
- Maintain marketing assets and partner resources to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global go-to-market programs.
- Track and report on campaign performance and partner engagement metrics.
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform planning.
What We Are Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (college or university) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, and eligible for a co-op/internship term.
- Strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and clear communication; confident engaging with individuals at all levels across the organization.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; interest in learning tools like Salesforce and Highspot is a plus.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
