Entandem simplifies music licenses for Canadian businesses that use recorded and or live music to make their business better. Our experienced team of music licensing professionals administers music licenses for the use of live and recorded music in public settings. These licenses are both common at Re: Sound and SOCAN.

**Entandem is a joint venture between Re**: Sound and SOCAN, created to simplify the licensing process so you can play all the music you want in your business legally and ethically, ensuring that those who made the music are compensated

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**WHAT YOU’LL DO/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Verify daily incoming payments
- Process cases daily
- Provide assistance with vendors' invoices, and ordering of office supplies
- Process mailing of letters and eBlasts for the business unit
- Order and maintain department office supplies
- Distribution of incoming correspondence
- Support Outsources Services
- Participate in Special Projects
- Other duties as required

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING / QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient with using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Team player, but also able to work independently
