Connected We are Hiring Toronto, ON Reports to: Manager, Operations Location: Toronto/GTA Hybrid work: Remote work with 1-2 days per week in office About Entandem: Entandem is a joint venture between Re:Sound and SOCAN. Entandem simplifies music licenses for Canadian organizations and businesses that use recorded and/or live music to make their business or event better. Entandem licensing ensures that those who made the music are compensated. Overall Accountability: Provide administrative support for the business unit and outsourcing groups. This includes invoicing, funds application, account reconciliation, and correct tariff identification. Responsibilities Verify incoming payments Data entry, invoice creation and application of funds. Provide assistance with vendors’ invoices, and ordering of office supplies Process mailing of letters and eBlasts for the business unit Distribution of incoming correspondence. Support outsourced services Participate in special projects Other duties as required Qualifications Basic accounting working knowledge Proficient with using MS Word, Excel, Outlook Attributes Team player Willing & cooperative Analytical and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks Keen to learn about the music industry Selection Process Entandem is committed to creating an inclusive work environment that supports a diverse workforce.
