- Conduct environmental cleaning and maintenance tasks in accordance with company standards.

- Overseeing the daily operations of the cleaning staff.

- Hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Ensuring that all cleaning activities comply with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards and other relevant regulations.
- Maintaining accurate records of inspections, incidents, and corrective actions taken.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in environmental services or custodial work is preferred.
- Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
- WHMIS Certification is required.
- Minimum OHHA Environmental Services Leadership Program Certification.
- Experience in maintaining a safe working environment, with strong understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Positive, responsible and self-motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision
- Must be proficient in English, both oral and written. _(Knowledge of Spanish is a bonus)_
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and procedures.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- **3 Covid-19 Vaccines are mandatory.**

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
