The following is an overview of the position’s duties and responsibilities. In addition to these you will be expected to complete other assignments as directed by the General Manager. This position will overlap with other departments within Granite Golf Club emphasizing teamwork by all.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
**Membership**
- Arrange director interviews and board approvals
- Update and circulate Senior Member Equivalency report
- Manage changes to membership classifications
- Conduct audit of age versus membership categories (November)
- Promote members to new categories and communicate changes
- Plan and execute new member welcome event (May)
- Process leads generated through website and member referral
- Ensure new members are provided with information regarding the Clubs policies and procedures
- Work closing with accounting department to ensure new members are set-up with correct billing
- Manage and distribute transfer sheets
- Continue to develop new member on boarding program
- Update pipeline using NorthStar Membership module
- Set-up and maintain memberships in NorthStar
- Attend Membership Marketing committee meetings.
- Circulate agendas and meeting summaries to committee members
**Administrative**
- Coordinate courier shipments; receiving and sending
- Staples account, ordering, invoice coding
**Granite Planet (Environmental Initiative)**
- Work with HR & Communications Manager on social media / eBlasts
- Plan and executive environmental friendly initiatives
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service.
- Minimum 1 year of office experience is considered an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter who can multitask and work independently.
- True team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $52,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
