**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Inspire and motivate staff, cultivating a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Develop and implement streamlined policies and procedures to optimize shop operations.
- Oversee daily activities to ensure efficiency and productivity in all business functions.
- Manage equipment assets and inventory.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Improve administrative processes to enhance workflow and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for fleet maintenance improvements to enhance performance.
- Strengthen practices to ensure timely repairs and minimize vehicle downtime.
- Establish reporting mechanisms, analyze fleet data, utilization and performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and support the ongoing development of team members.
- Ad hoc reporting/projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
- 3+ years in an industrial shop setting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Basic proficiency in automotive diagnostic equipment, repair tools, and shop management software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry compliance requirements.
