**Overview**

**Duties**
- Answer and manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using accounting software, including invoicing and tracking payments.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members, ensuring optimal time management.
- Provide support for daily office operations, including posting and answering ads and scheduling viewings.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall office efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or property management preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail in all work produced.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 28 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Brantford, ON N3R 7N7
