Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our office and operations team. This role will focus on managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is an in-office position located in Brantford, ON . Key Responsibilities Prepare and process reports, correspondence, and other documentation. Maintain accurate procurement records and update internal databases. Manage all documentation related to purchasing department. Support purchasing finance team with data entry Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of information. Qualifications 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
