We are seeking a professional and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the President as well as the General Office staff. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, can manage competing priorities, and enjoys being a trusted partner in business operations.
**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing high-level administrative support to the president, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparations.
- Drafting, proofreading, and managing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinating and preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assisting with confidential projects, strategic initiatives, and corporate communications.
- Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the President.
- Maintaining organized filing systems and ensure timely handling of sensitive information.
**Qualifications**:
- 10+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a professional environment
- Diploma/Certificate in Business/Office Administration would be an asset
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Professional business communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with highly sensitive information
**Working hours**:
- 8 hour day with a paid lunch
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible start time within core business hours
