Sensity seeks an **Administrative** **Assistant** for an immediate opening for a full time role. Reporting to our Executive Assistant, join our committed team in providing a broad range of services to a dynamic group of leaders and staff.

This position, based in Paris, ON, the Administrative Assistant performs administrative functions to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the organization. This position will provide administrative support to all departments of Sensity including Human Resources, Communications, Services, and the Finance department.

**Essential Position Functions**:

- Perform reception duties and respond to queries.
- Open and close the front reception and Resource Centre.
- Creates a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees.
- Oversees all administrative tasks inclusive of printing, mailing, faxing and triaging phone calls.
- Booking Resource Centre meeting rooms and facilities.
- Participation and/or support for committee work and record minutes as requested.
- Register new employees with office pass keys including activation/deactivation.
- Coordinate the disbursement/collection of keys for the RC and apartments.
- Exercise tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
- Performs other duties, as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Community college diploma (or equivalent) in Office Administration, business administration or equivalent.
- Valid driver's licence is a required.
- Working knowledge of meeting management, office operations / procedures and best practices.
- Good oral and written communication skills, with a strong client service orientation. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Solid time management, attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to speak French (written and oral) is an asset, but not a requirement.
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite is preferred, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
