**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents.
- Advise clients on estate and succession planning strategies.
- Assist executors, trustees, and beneficiaries with estate administration.
- Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and service.
- Stay current with changes in legislation, case law, and best practices in estate planning.

**Qualifications**
- LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
