**MARKETING MANAGER**

BLUELINE REAL ESTATE GROUP - Oshawa, ON

We are searching for an energetic and experienced Social Media/Marketing Manager to be responsible for planning, developing and executing content to generate audience engagement and interest in our company. This person will be accountable for activities related to our social media/marketing, client experience and communications and develop a strategy that resonates with our audience.

**About the Role**
- Deliver an optimized projected marketing strategy to generate new business
- Create custom content to support local marketing requirements to develop business opportunities
- Generate ideas to build impactful, creative and effective content and see them through to completion
- Develop content that is engaging, relevant and has a strong reach
- Conduct market research studies on industry trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor services, and other relevant information to form marketing recommendations
- Manage multiple and ongoing vendor management including photographers and videographers as required
- Create and manage SEO content and Google Analytic metrics
- Multitask effectively and be able to adjust priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
- Plan and control budget and expenditures for said marketing material
- Other duties as assigned

**About you**
- Experience in a marketing or project management role, within the real estate industry an asset
- Exceptional marketing skills in copywriting, communication and brand awareness
- Strong knowledge of HTML, Adobe, Microsoft and social media platforms
- Self-starter who can work as an individual contributor as well as within a team to achieve shared objectives
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- An ability to tell a story and express your ideas with clarity and creativity
- Provide support for individuals as well as teams in multiple businesses

**Application Process**

**Job Type**: Full-time, flexible hours, some remote work with occasional travel

**Compensation**: $40,000 - $60,000

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oshawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Oshawa, ON
