We are looking for a rock star Marketing and Social Media Co-Ordinator to join our leadership team.
**Who are we looking for?**
The Marketing and Social Media Co-Ordinator will be an individual who is assertive, sociable, and well-organized with a strong sense of urgency. The right person for this position will be friendly and outgoing with a strong desire to help and serve others at the highest of levels. This individual should exhibit strong leadership abilities, be an independent thinker, enjoy helping others grow and have the capacity to handle a large workload. This role is perfect for someone who is social media savvy and looking to make a difference.
**Essential duties and responsibilities**:
- Lead the overall marketing and social media strategy to drive business growth, brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage, oversee and monitor all head office and branch social media platforms and content.
- Keep current with social media trends and best practices and implement as needed.
- Engage with consumer comments and feedback through our social media accounts (some weekend monitoring required).
- Oversee, manage, and develop social media and advertising content, including videos, posts, stories, event flyers, company announcements, etc.
- Assist in the development and oversight of other social media platforms such as YouTube, Tiktock, etc.
- Assist new agents in creating a social media strategy for their business, including helping them establish their social media profiles and training them on social media best practices.
- Oversee our company website, working with our hosting partners to ensure our website is current, updated and leading edge.
- Generate and implement strategies to improve our company’s SEO and provide and assist in the implementation and execution of lead generation strategies.
- Develop and manage paid Google and Facebook Ads with the goal of increasing our company reach and generating leads.
- Manage our Google Business accounts
- Provide marketing services to our agents including the development of feature sheets, business cards, listing and buyer packages, social media content, etc.
- Measure and report on content performance through tracking and evaluating platform analytics.
- Assist with co-ordination and planning of company events, taking photos/videos to share on its social media platforms
**What you need**:
- 3+ years as a social media co-ordinator or manager, ideally in the real estate industry.
- Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace (G Suite), Adobe suite, etc
- Experience in social media management including creating social media posts and managing business pages, profiles and websites.
- Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics and social media KPIs
- Strong writing, design, editing and proofreading skills
- Energetic, comfortable being in front of a camera, enjoys creating content independently or collaborate with other team members.
- Real estate experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project oriented and able to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
