Productivity Coaches should be highly skilled in holding others accountable and should have a rich knowledge base of what to hold others accountable to. Actions and matrix of a strong business owner. They view learning as the foundation of their action plan and believe in accountability to hold all to achieving their results.

What will you do?

These are the standards a well-above average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Increase productivity of associates through a Productivity Coaching program
  • Set and achieve a standard
  • Drive attendance and engagement within the Productivity Coaching Program and within the Brokerage
  • Recruiting and hitting a goal of a minimum of 1 appointment a day, 5 a week, 20 a month
  • Maintain a 4-to-1 conversion ratio on gross recruits
  • Gross 5 Net 3 associates per month
  • Drive attendance and active participation in in-house and regional training

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Move new and non-productive agents to a status goal
  • Utilize statistics and engage to identify potential candidates for the Productivity Coaching program
  • Guide associates in productivity Coaching by utilizing the business
  • Coach these associates on the activities that will lead them to their desired results
  • Support the brokerage in generating, implementing, and communicating the monthly training calendar
  • Promote Productivity Coaching at associate orientation, in team meetings, on social media, on career nights, etc
  • Regularly attend training program BOLD, be coachable, utilize and run the program from our playbook

  • Associates – daily
  • Leadership – daily
  • Brokerage Staff – daily

Management responsibilities:

  • N/A
  • Looking for Leadership not Management

Compensation:

  • Results based compensation with no maximum and projected minimum of $75,000 annually
  • Training and travel with brokerage
  • Productivity Coach for our Coach
  • Growth in Profit Share, results based with no guarantee, projected over 5 years to accumulate to $60,000 annual passive income
