**Café Manager Job Opportunity**

Ten Toes Coffee House is seeking a **Café Manager** to join our dynamic team If you’re passionate about leading a team, creating specialty coffee beverages, and curating exceptional guest experiences in a bustling, high-volume environment, we’re eager to meet you

**Position Details**:

- **Commitment**: 35-40 hours per week
- **Schedule**: 5 days per week, including some evenings and weekends
- **Required Certifications**: Smart Serve and Food Handler’s Certificate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure every guest walks away with a positive impression by delivering exceptional guest experiences and encouraging staff to go the extra mile.
- Manage orders, inventory, and daily operations with precision and efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and lead the team to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct interviews, meet-and-greets, and assess potential hires to build a strong team.
- Create and maintain effective staff schedules to meet operational needs.
- Oversee coffee beverage preparation, maintaining the highest quality in every cup.
- Bring creative ideas and energy to elevate guest experiences and grow the business.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with staff to foster collaboration and smooth operations.
- Solve challenges independently and with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Maintain composure and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of management and service experience in a café, restaurant, or barista setting.
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of coffee and expertise in beverage preparation.
- Familiarity with craft beer and natural/biodynamic wines.
- Experienced in conducting interviews, assessing talent, and onboarding new team members.
- Excellent communication skills, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Thrives when working independently and solving problems on the fly.
- Eager to make a meaningful impact on workplace culture and operations.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
