**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the cafe's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to food safety protocols
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized cafxe9 environment at all times

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is a strong asset; however, our client is willing to train the right individual
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, including cooking techniques, food safety regulations, and inventory management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Desire to live and work in, and support an Indigenous community
