**THE ROLE**
You’ll manage employee data, analyze trends, and provide insights to senior leaders to support informed decision-making. You’ll also handle official languages complaints, support our Champions Network, and lead the preparation of key reports and action plans. If you’re a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of employment equity and official languages legislation, and you’re ready to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you
**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Human Resources, Education, or a related field, AND some years of experience in human resources, legislated programs such as official languages and employment equity, or in a related field
**Experience**
In developing, interpreting, and implementing policies, procedures, and relevant legislations
In developing and implementing communication plan, training, and briefing materials
In planning, administering and coordinating HR programs
In translating business strategies into HR programs strategies
In administering second language training programs
In providing advice and guidance
In budget administration
In personnel administration
**Competencies**
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**
Bilingual (English and French) Essential
Reading: Advanced
Writing: Functional
Oral: Advanced
