**What You’ll Do**
- Support budget and efficiency targets to ensure they are met within established time frames
- Provide general admin support to the Director of Operations
- Maintain reporting systems required by directors and location managers
- Assist in hiring, training, motivating and monitoring the performance of the service teams
- Foster professional employee development and coordinates with location managers and human resources to determine personalized training plans for each employee
- Lead, coach, and motivate the teams to achieve customer service goals at the department level
- Identify and recommend new policies, procedures and customer products and services to the directors
- Monitor and achieve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) target as required
- Model and champion the company's dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Assist in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention levels
- Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
- Actively communicate and cooperate with other department managers and directors
- Monitor Health & Safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and legislation
- Ensure all municipal, provincial and federal legislation as it pertains to the locations and the job function are strictly adhered to
- All other duties as assigned

**What We’d Like From You**
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience in the marine, automotive or a related industry considered an asset
- Pleasure Craft Operator Card considered an asset
- Comfortable traveling to various locations across Ontario on a weekly basis
- Able to work irregular hours during peak periods including weekends
- Able to work in variable work environments and conditions, both indoors and outdoors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Administrative support: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Marine or automotive: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
