Coordinator, Warehouse

**Job Summary**

The Warehouse Coordinator will manage the receipt and storage of goods, cycle counts, and the scheduling and management of the dispatch of orders to the warehouse, as well as product transfers to other warehouses and returns. The Warehouse Coordinator will complete assigned duties within the office/ warehouse setting, including (but not limited to) handling calls, data entry and processing.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Data entry of required information in WMS (warehouse management system, other systems)
- Receive, record and file documents
- Produce warehouse labels
- Produce shipping documents for WMS when required
- Providing answers to all incoming inquiries
- Assist in inventory management
- Work closely with internal staff and department
- Assist with warehouse duties if necessary (help load/unload trucks for small LTL shipments)

**Job Requirements**
- Must own or be able to come to work prepared with safety shoes and other required personal protective equipment (some provided)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required
- Proficient with the use of a computer, including Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of WMS (warehouse management system, other systems)

**Preferred**
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- In possession of an operator license would be considered an asset and forklift experience
- Willingness to assist when necessary in the warehouse - the ability to lift up to 75lbs
