This dynamic, growing organization is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Credit Agent. We are looking to grow our team with people who share our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best experience for our customers.

This position is a great opportunity to build on existing customer service skills as well as to learn consumer credit profile decision-making. Fine tune your multi-tasking abilities, while developing your communication and problem-solving skills. You'll also be able to use both French and English languages daily in this fantastic team environment.

**Key responsibilities of the position include**:

- Support approvers in the analysis of credit files;
- Inbound/outbound calls to complete customer files;
- Data entry of customer files;
- Credit adjudication (training provided); Providing superior professional service to valued clients.

**Must be willing to work full range of shifts within the following hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 10:00am to 6:00pm
- Saturday: 7:00am to 3:00pm (rotation basis usually once a month) Sunday: 7:00am to 2:00pm (rotation basis usually once a month)

This is an excellent, full-time permanent position with a growing company.
