**Customer Service / Order Entry**
A Mississauga distributor of Shipping and Packaging supplies (B2B) has an immediate vacancy for an Order Entry / Customer Service person.
Additionally, they will learn, through coaching and hands-on training, other duties, such as: creating and submitting Purchase Orders; constant follow up with vendors; training in Accounts Receivable and Payables, as well as other office related responsibilities.
**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Customer Service / Order Entry**
- Create packing lists for orders ready to be picked by the warehouse for shipment;
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions regarding products and availability;
- Optimize customer satisfaction through excellent phone manners, quick, efficient, courteous service, and information exactness;
- Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries, and other questions;
- Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs;
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls;
- Communicate clearly - verbally and in writing - always using professional etiquette and courtesy;
- Filing and other duties as assigned.
- Assist all other departments in different areas and functions of the company;
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Fluent in English; verbal and written;
- 2+ years of superior **(non-retail)** order processing experience in an inventory-based business-to-business company;
- 2+ years of experience with data entry;
- Excellent mathematical, analytical and computer skills and complete proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word all required);
- Microsoft Excel skills (including building basic spreadsheets and using basic formulas) and database experience preferred.
- **An aptitude for listening and paying strict attention to details**;
- Ability to work independently under mínimal supervision, but also as part of a team;
- Customer-oriented, responsible, well organized, good judgement skills;
- Strong desire to learn and able to pick up learned skills and programs quickly;
- Excellent and strong phone manner, multi-tasking skills, ability to problem solve;
- **An incredible memory (tested daily)**;
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, with a positive attitude and drive to succeed;

**HOURS**: _**Permanent, Full-time**_; Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm
**Salary**: $22.00/hour.
