**Description**:
**We are looking to hire part time for Thursday, Saturday & Sunday (Night Shift).**

The customer service advisor is the first point of contact for our clients. Therefore, this position requires strong customer service skills, good technical knowledge. The day to day responsibility is to ensure an excellent customer experience, accurate quotes and customer data entry, and clear communication with technicians.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet & Engage walk in guests promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome.
- Communicate with clients to determine the nature of the mechanical problems, and time required.
- Provide pricing for common jobs.
- Escalate calls to appropriate team members.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure accuracy of client's vehicle problems.
- Follow up progress of each repair order during the day, contact customers by telephone regarding changes in the estimate or time promised.
- Handle telephone inquires regarding work in process and new quotes.
- Review work preformed with customers and take payments.
- Generate invoices.
- Assist the service manager as necessary.
- Maintain a clean work environment and organized desk.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- BILINGUAL: speak fluent English & Punjabi (or Hindi).
- Some knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles.
- Knowledge of the different Year, Make and Models of vehicles.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- At least 1 year Service Advisor or Parts Advisor experience would be preferred but not necessary.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies.
- Effectively handle multiple priorities and organize workload.
- Strong work ethic and team player.
- Proficient in math and MS excel.
- Flexible to work retail business hours including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Professional, dependable, reliable and a commitment to provide excellent customer service.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-09-19
