Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Communicate effectively in English
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- **Previous experience in customer service IN TRANSPORT preferred**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English needed
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking abilities and ability to prioritize tasks

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mississauga, ON L4T 1G3 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L4T 1G3: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
