Maintain a Guest focus while performing all duties
- Assumes 100% responsibility for our guest experience
- Records all guests food and drink orders and ensures all items are ordered are delivered and presented accurately and in a timely manner
- Input all guest food and drink orders into the POS System accurately and in away that ensures accurate and timely billing for our guests
- Accept guest payment, process credit/debit card charges and make change in a timely matter
- Serves alcoholic beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company, Provincial standards
- Maintains full knowledge of all Mr. Mikes menus, recipes, offerings and other pertinent information resulting in the ability to answer guest questions in a friendly manner
- Completes assigned side work/duties during non-busy service periods
- Maintains a professional appearance, consistent with Mr. Mikes Dress Code Standards, at all times
- Attend team member meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift and maneuver trays of food and /or drinks frequently over extended periods of time
- Must be able to follow direction and ask clarifying questions if required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- serving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve, SIR or equivalent (preferred)
