**SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL MARKETING PROFESSIONAL**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Post-secondary education or related experience in marketing or business
- 3 + Years of Social Media management experience
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other social media best practices
- Extensive experience using social media and digital marketing and management tools such as Hootsuite, Mail Chimp, SendInBlue, GetResponse, etc
- A deep understanding of the strategic and operational aspects of social media and digital marketing
- Previous experience with social media paid ads and advertised campaign management
- Up to date with latest social media best practices, industry trends and technologies.
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- A highly self-motivated, creative, and efficient personality
- Outstanding organization, planning and execution skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Express, Premier Rush, Photoshop, or Illustrator) would be an asset.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing social media accounts (posting content and community management) on a regular basis including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
- Keeping track of performance analytics and KPIs, and developing weekly/monthly reports.
- Suggesting new and creative ways to use social media to further our brand and project goals.
- Create, manage, and execute social media content and campaigns to increase engagement online.
- Design, develop and execute social media strategies.
- Liaise with Business Development, Sales, and Graphic Design teams to coordinate, lead, and increase engagement, follower base, and notoriety.
- Create and manage the editorial calendar for advance approval, from conceptualization to content development to ultimately posting content.
- Create written content and oversee the creation of shareable content (including images, videos, etc).
- Contribute to the development of online marketing strategies through the experimentation and testing of different ways to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Learn the Mitrex corporate target markets, cultural targets, mission, brand voice and brand image, and how they conform to specific needs of each social media platforms while demonstrating awareness of all social media dos and don’ts.
- Assist in managing, responding to, and collecting comments, customer inquiries, and sales leads, to foster positive online engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a high standard of content that encourages engagement and brand awareness.
