Flame Wise Ink is a dynamic progressive tattoo studio in West Toronto. Our passionate team of artists is dedicated to turning our clients' visions into captivating pieces of art. With a commitment to creativity and innovation, we've built a loyal community of tattoo enthusiasts who trust us with their body art needs.

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team and help us take our online presence to the next level. If you have a creative flair, a deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok, and a passion for storytelling through visual content, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and curate content for Flame Wise Ink's Instagram and TikTok accounts.
- Create engaging photo and video content showcasing our tattoo artistry and studio.
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand identity.
- Grow brand awareness and increase our social media following.
- Take photos and videos in the studio of the process and finished works.
- Basic graphic design skills for creating social media graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing Instagram for businesses or brands.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and storytelling.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Creative thinker with a passion for creating unique content.
- Strong communication skills.

**Additional Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in the tattoo or creative industry
- Experience managing TikTok accounts
- Familiarity with Instagram ADs

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- Flexible schedule
- Paid time off

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Content management: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Etobicoke, ON M8V 1H8 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON M8V 1H8: Relocate before starting work (required)
