**Job Opening: Social Media Manager**

**Salary**: $20 - $25 per hour

**Who We’re Looking For**:
We need a **creative and dynamic Social Media Manager** who can do more than just manage accounts. You should be able to **shoot videos, edit content, write scripts, and develop strategies to grow brand awareness**. If you live and breathe digital trends and know how to turn ideas into high-performing content, we want you on our team

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Develop content strategies** for Instagram, TikTok
- **Create engaging content**: shoot, edit, and publish videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
- **Write scripts** for attention-grabbing video content.
- **Write posts and stories** that connect with and engage the audience.
- **Analyze performance metrics** and adjust content strategy accordingly.
- **Stay on top of trends** and use them to enhance brand visibility.

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ **Creativity** - you generate ideas that spark engagement and emotion.
✔ **Understanding of viral content** - you know what works on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
✔ **Strong video production skills**
✔ **Excellent writing skills** - you can adapt tone and style to fit a brand’s voice.
✔ **Knowledge of social media algorithms** - you understand how to drive engagement.
✔ **Proactive mindset** - we value initiative and independent problem-solving.

**Bonus Points For**:
➕ Experience working in a marketing agency or digital team.
➕ Graphic design skills

**How to Apply?**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $2,500.00-$3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
