Service Appointment Coordinator- Bdc Rep

We are a continually growing dealership based in the Waverley Auto mall that offers our employees the best plans and clear opportunities to make more money with a very competitive bonus plan This is an Appointment coordinator role. Responsible for answering ALL inbound/ outbound calls according to a proven pre-set script, schedule appointments and make repair/service recommendations. What does this mean for you? With a competitive bonus plan based on sales, this means YOU control how much you can make More phone calls and sales = more $$$ for you It’s that easy You will also need to confirm appointments, re-schedule missed appointments, purify and update customer changes in the database and contact our current customers on any new marketing incentives. What you bring to the table:
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and efficient as all heck You love a fast-paced environment and strive for more - Previous experience as an appointment coordinator or junior service advisor would be a huge asset. - Outgoing friendly personality with the ability to relate and find common ground with anyone. - Time management skills. - Handle customer service like an absolute champ. - Competency with computers is a must.
