We have a great opportunity for a Customer Support Center Representative to join our team in a company and industry with great growth opportunities in our Business Development Center in the Waverley Auto Mall. This is an entry level position that provides you with a launch into the exciting automotive industry.

After the initial 90 days of comprehensive training, success will mean having the ability and skills to work with multiple computer programs, while being the first point of contact for our dealerships.

**Requirements**:
Customer service, call centre or switchboard experience an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly
Attention to detail and highly driven to succeed
Proficient in computer skills
Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Flexibility with work hours and ability to work the occasional Saturday

**What you will do**:
Responsible for booking service appointments
Responsible for making necessary changes on the status of per appointment
Book appointments for customers who contact The CROWN Auto Group
Handle the appointment booking process in service, prospecting and follow-up
