We have a great opportunity for an Service Office Appointment Coordinator to join our team in a company and industry with great growth opportunities.

The Co-ordinator is responsible for both clerical and customer service duties limited to the service department. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Scheduling or adjusting customer appointments as needed
- Keeping clear records and updating scheduling systems as needed.
- Answering inbound customer calls and completing outbound customer calls.
- Other duties as assigned

Skill Requirements:

- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- A passion for customer service and Automobiles.
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
