Job Type**:Part-Time**

Schedule**:Mon-Tues 12:30PM-9PM, Wed 9:30AM-6PM, Thurs Off, Fri-Sat 9AM-6PM, Sunday Off**

Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly
- Proficient in computer skills
- Highly motivated
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Flexibility with work hours and ability to work the occasional Saturday

We have a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team at our Business Development Centre here at Crown Auto Group, located in the Waverley Auto Mall. Family owned and operated, we have been in Winnipeg for 38 years and specialize in import brands.

What you'll do:

- Maintain accurate and relevant customer information in our system
- Communicate with customers reminding them of booked appointments & due services on their vehicles
- Warm/cold transferring calls regarding Sales/Finance inquiries
