**Role Scope**:
Are you an **out-of-the-box thinker**? Do you love building authentic relationships with people online and offline? Are you someone who can create engaging content, track meaningful metrics, and use that data to show progress and make decisions? If so, we want you to take the reins and lead our social media, PR, and influencer campaigns

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing our social presence, crafting PR strategies, and creating connections with influencers. Whether it’s through social media, **tradeshows**, **webinars**, or **forums**, you’ll have the freedom to make an impact and shape how we engage with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Strategy & Execution**:

- Lead the development and execution of creative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and grow our online community.
- Manage and optimize our content calendar, ensuring that all posts align with brand messaging and resonate with our audience.
- Track social media metrics (engagement rates, traffic, conversions) and adjust strategies based on performance. Metrics are important to show progress

**PR Campaigns & Media Outreach**:

- Plan and execute PR campaigns that highlight our brand and the value we bring to our customers.
- Build and nurture relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media placements and coverage.
- Track the success of PR campaigns, share insights, and adjust strategies for maximum visibility.

**Influencer Marketing & Partnerships**:

- Identify influencers and content creators who align with our brand values and can help elevate our presence in the market.
- Lead the development of influencer campaigns, tracking success and ensuring campaigns meet key performance metrics.
- Build and maintain long-term influencer relationships that foster brand loyalty and engagement.

**Community Engagement & Brand Advocacy**:

- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Drive initiatives that create brand advocates, helping our community feel connected to the brand and passionate about our mission.
- Be involved in **tradeshows, webinars**, and **forums** to amplify our reach and foster deeper industry connections.

**Content Creation & Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging posts, blogs, and media that resonate with our target audience.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand representation across all platforms.
- Own the content process from ideation to execution, ensuring that everything aligns with the bigger marketing strategy.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Keep track of key metrics (like engagement and conversions) and share regular reports that demonstrate success and areas for improvement.
- Use data to drive decisions, continuously improve campaigns, and ensure that all efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Report back on performance and work with the team to refine strategies as needed.

**Requirements**:
**Background & Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- +4 years of experience in social media management, PR, or influencer marketing (this doesn’t need to be in a technical or automation-focused field). Transferable and relevant experience in other fields is also considered.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. If you also speak French, that’s a plus.
