**Overview**
The Lead Marketing Manager will serve as the strategic and creative liaison between our engineering, product, and commercial teams, shaping how we communicate the value of our solutions to the market. This role requires a strong technical background and marketing expertise, as well as the ability to lead the Social Media and PR teams. You will translate complex product offerings—EV conversion kits, energy storage solutions, and more—into compelling marketing narratives that resonate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will guide our social media and PR strategy to build brand awareness, reputation, and trust in the marketplace.

- **Social Media & PR Management**: Lead and mentor the Social Media and PR teams, ensuring consistent brand voice, messaging, and timely execution of campaigns. Oversee content calendars, press releases, media pitches, and social media campaigns that amplify our thought leadership and market presence.
- **Competitive & Market Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes. Use these insights to inform strategic marketing decisions and maintain BlueForce’s innovative edge.
- **Sales Enablement**: Equip the sales team with pitch decks, training materials, product comparisons, and other resources. Ensure that sales communications align with overall marketing strategy and technical messaging.
- **Metrics & Optimization**: Track and analyze KPIs—from web traffic and lead quality to media impressions and social engagement—and leverage insights to continuously improve messaging, content, and channel strategies. Present findings to leadership and key stakeholders.
**Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or technical graduate degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or related roles, ideally in the automotive, energy, or cleantech sectors.
- Solid understanding of EV technology, battery systems, and renewable energy infrastructure.
- Ability to distill complex technical information into accessible, compelling narratives.
- Proven experience developing product messaging, content strategies, and integrated campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, particularly Social Media and PR teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
