We are looking for a Refund Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join our Customer Service & Delivery department. Working alongside our VP of Customer Service Experience, you will be responsible for handling customer refund issues efficiently and providing exceptional service through phone or chat to our valued customers.

Many career paths can prepare you for this life-changing opportunity, but preferably, you're highly skilled in:

- Working in the airline or travel industry and have expert knowledge in GDS operations (specifically with ticket cancellations and refunds);
- Efficiently processing customer refund inquiries using your GDS operations expertise;
- Communicating clearly with customers and airlines, ensuring satisfactory resolutions, in both English and French (with strong written and verbal skills);
- Multitasking and managing multiple cases and adhering to various airline policies simultaneously;
- Using a data-driven approach to optimize refund processes and enhancing customer satisfaction;
- Adapting to changes and evolving circumstances in airline policies;
- Focusing on achieving high customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un spécialiste du remboursement avec plus de 2 ans d'expérience pour rejoindre notre département Service à la clientèle et livraison. Travaillant aux côtés de notre vice-président du service client, vous serez chargé de traiter efficacement les problèmes de remboursement des clients et de fournir un service exceptionnel par téléphone ou par chat à nos précieux clients.

De nombreux parcours professionnels peuvent vous préparer à ce changement de vie, mais il est préférable que vous soyez hautement qualifié:

- Travailler dans l'industrie du transport aérien ou du voyage et avoir une connaissance approfondie des opérations GDS (en particulier pour les annulations de billets et les remboursements) ;
- Traiter efficacement les demandes de remboursement des clients en utilisant votre expertise des opérations GDS ;
- Communiquer clairement avec les clients et les compagnies aériennes, afin d'assurer des solutions satisfaisantes, en anglais et en français (avec de solides compétences écrites et verbales) ;
- gérer simultanément plusieurs dossiers et adhérer aux différentes politiques des compagnies aériennes ;
- Utiliser une approche fondée sur les données pour optimiser les processus de remboursement et améliorer la satisfaction des clients ;
- S'adapter aux changements et à l'évolution des politiques des compagnies aériennes ;
- Se concentrer sur la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients grâce à une excellente prestation de services.
