**About Us**:
As a Solution Specialist at GenAIz, you will be responsible for working closely with our development team to design and implement cutting-edge AI-powered solutions that meet the needs of our clients in the Life Sciences industry. You will work directly with clients to understand their challenges and develop tailored solutions that leverage the capabilities of the GenAIz Platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with clients to understand their laboratory operations, including sample handling, equipment usage, and data management
- Collaborate with developers to design and implement AI-powered solutions on the GenAIz Platform
- Provide technical expertise to clients on the implementation and use of our solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful project outcomes
- Identify opportunities for new solution development and work with the product team to bring these ideas to life

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably as a researcher or scientist working with CROs (Contract Research Organizations)
- Strong understanding of laboratory operations, including sample handling, equipment usage, and data management
- Experience with laboratory equipment and instruments
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working with AI-powered solutions or machine learning algorithms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with client-facing roles, including sales, account management, or business development
- Experience executing CSV (Computer System Validation) on LIMS and/or QMS implementations

**Requirements**:
