Sure, we’ve grown into Canada’s largest e-commerce retailer of outdoor and urban gear and apparel, and are still growing - but at heart we’re still that local independent shop that opened on Saint Denis Street in Montreal almost 40 years ago.

**The role**
**What you will do**
- Process requests for product returns, price matches, warranties, etc.;
- Process refunds and follow up on them;
- Follow up on orders and any research related to them;
- Follow up with our warehouse, marketing, or product content teams as needed;
- Remain vigilant in the face of potential fraud.
**What you need to have**
- Experience in a customer service role (in person or online);
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken;
- Naturally courteous and professional in your approach;
- Keen interest in fashion and outdoor products;
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously;
- Able to stay calm in stressful situations;
- Experience with Gladly, Zendesk, Shopify (an asset).
**Desired Availabilities**:
- Our Customer Experience Centre is open 7 days a week
- Available schedule: Full time (32-40h per week), possibility of a mixed schedule: day, evening and weekend
- Possibility of working from home after an in-office training period (Montreal's Little-Italy)
- Available for a 4-month period.
